Step 2: Record achievements and successes
In every interview you will always be asked about achievements and successes.
If you record achievements on a weekly or monthly basis you will have a solid background
to start from when faced with this question.

Step 3: Exploit all before to leave

3.6) Don't blackmail! Use your success to grow not to impose!

Step 4: Make a very clear vision of what you want to achieve.
The vision will help you to understand what you want and to follow the right path.
Know what you want to achieve.

Step 5: Don't change if you are angry. Relax yourself. Don't lost your personal vision.
You need to improve not to fight. Plan moves in advance.

Step 6: Leave jobs on good terms. You might be working with someone today who pops up at some organisation you want to work with in the future.

To end, don't forget to plan. Build a plan on your vision. Take control of your career.
Where are you? Where are you going?
What about the steps to move you to where you want to get to?
In setting out your plan, think about skills, knowledge, experience, education and personal attributes.
